API for the Latest Stable Release

A successfull software has to be backed with extensive and well organized documentation. MUSE documentation is no different. One of the goals of this project was to make sure documentation was plenty and organized. Also documentation is not something you write once and forget, it is dynamic and has to keep up with the life time of the software.
